Prestige Property Investors & Management works with landlords, estate agents and property investors who want practical support and clear communication.

Established in 2022, Prestige Property Investors and Management Limited was built around a straightforward aim: to make owning a rental property less demanding. We work with studios, flats, houses and HMOs, tailoring our management to each property and the level of support its owner needs.

From tenant enquiries and rent collection to arranging maintenance and keeping property records organised, we coordinate the day-to-day work within your agreed instructions. You have a clear point of contact and stay informed about payments, reported issues and decisions that need your input.

Led by Tahsin Hamit and Tolga Tasan, our team takes a hands-on approach to working with landlords, tenants and contractors. Whether you are letting your first property, growing a portfolio or moving from another agent, we begin with a conversation, define the service and fees, and plan the next steps together.
